Wart is an evil frog king that hates vegetables and took over the dream world of "Subcon", who serves as the main antagonist and final boss of Super Mario Bros. 2. He also technically originates from Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic in Japan.

Wart is one of the various NES characters that is spit out by Kirby after he is defeated in Contrabobo.
