Storm Clouds originally appeared in the NES game Balloon Fight. They were originally known as simply "Clouds".
In The Game[]
Storm Clouds appear throughout the Balloon Fight section of Pro Wrabobo. They're only attack is shooting out electric beams that can float anywhere on the screen until they disappear. Like other enemies, its beam can make Abobo lose his first balloon if he touches it and die if his second one is gone. They can only be defeated by the lasers from Abobo's Rage Move.
