Star is a young woman wearing a pink outfit originating from a arcade fighting game made by Konami called "Yie Ar Kung-Fu". This game was also ported to the Nintendo Family Computer (or Famicom).
In The Game
In Contrabobo, a kicking Star falls out of the mouth of Kirby, which means that she was inhaled by Kirby, prior to the events of the game.
