Nakey is from River City Ransom. Specifically, the sauna scene.
In The Game
Only one Nakey is seen in game. He is a naked person seen seen cleaning himself with a white and blue rag. He can be killed in one hit by Abobo. Nakey doesn't attack Abobo, unless the latter hits him.
