Mike Haggar is the mayor of Metro City and one of the three protagonists of the arcade game Final Fight. His design and sprite in Abobo's Big Adventure are taken from Mighty Final Fight, a spinoff to the series on the NES from 1993.

Mike Haggar is one of the various NES characters that is vomited out of Kirby's mouth after he is defeated in Contrabobo.
