He is a character from the Commodore 64 and NES game Spy vs. Spy, based on the comic strip of the same name. He appears along with White Spy.
In The Game[]
He appears along with White Spy and Alex in Double Drabobo, as a basic enemy. He'll slowly walk to Abobo and repeatedly stab him with his dagger.
