Excitebiker is the titular character of the NES game Excitebike.

In The Game

Excitebiker appears in the Balloon Fight section of Pro Wrabobo. Two of them can be seen on floating platforms in the air. If Abobo goes near him, he will flash and then roll around in the air to aim and hit him in his path or either fly offscreen. A sound effect from Excitebike can be heard anytime he does this.

Excitebiker also appears in the Luck Dragon Lunacy minigame as an item that can be collected by Abobo and Falkor to fill up a bar.
