Cranky is an enemy that appears in the Mega Mabobo level.
Origin
Cranky is a robotic penguin that originates from Mega Man 3. Cranky's original name was "Penpen Maker", a robot that produces little penguin like robots called "Penpens."
In The Game
Cranky's are seen a few times in the level. Cranky has three Viruses it shoots out, each turn at Abobo. The viruses are shot out are in a different order. A Cranky can be defeated by Abobo in his Mega Man armor.
