Bullet Bill is a minor enemy in Abobo's Big Adventure, it is a black bullet like enemy with two white arms that is shot out of a Blaster with a skull on it.

Bullet Bill & it's Blaster is from Super Mario Bros., also known as a "Turtle Cannon" or "Cannon".
In The Game
A single Bullet Bill appears only once in the game in Zeldabobo, where Abobo fires a Bullet Bill at Toad from a cannon & it kills him.
