Bubba Hanks is an enemy from the level Double Drabobo. He hails from Double Dragon.
Origin[]
Bubba Hanks is based off of the dark-skinned variant of Ropar (who was originally known as Lopar), an enemy from Double Dragon. They generally attacked by throwing crates, barrels, and other forms of throwable objects from the game. They also had a jump kick attack, as well as the standard punching.
His first name is a reference to the 1994 movie Forest Gump, which is based off the 1986 novel with the same name.
In The Game[]
Bubba Hanks is a common enemy in the Double Drabobo stage. Much like Scut Farkus and Grumpy McGee, they have a simple punch attack, which Abobo can take damage from. As in the original game, they can pick up the barrels and throw them at Abobo. They seem to lack the jump kick in Abobo's Big Adventure. They can be defeated by either punching (eighteen hits), kicking (nine hits) or throwing a barrel at him (two hits).

Abobo beaten up and defeated him. He can also instantly kill him by either throwing an explosive barrel or using his Rage Move Rocky Rage.
